A. CCK FAMILY CLUB — PERSONAL MEMBERS

CCK Family Club is for customers purchasing for personal and household use.

CCK 家园会适用于个人及家庭购物用途的顾客。

1. Eligibility & Registration 会员资格与注册

• Anyone aged 18 or above with a mobile number that can receive SMS verification codes in Malaysia may register free of charge.

  任何年满18岁，并拥有可在马来西亚境内接收短信验证码手机号码的个人，均可免费注册。

• Each customer may register only one personal membership account.

  每位顾客仅限注册一个个人会员账户。

• Download the CCK Fresh Mart App and complete your information. Outlet staff may assist with the registration.

  下载 CCK Fresh Mart APP 并填写个人资料。门店员工也可协助完成注册。

• There is no registration fee or annual membership fee.

  无需缴付注册费或会员年费。

• Please provide an accurate mobile number and date of birth to receive point-expiry reminders and birthday benefits.

  请填写正确的手机号码及出生日期，以便接收积分到期提醒及生日福利。

2. Membership Levels 会员等级

• 1. Entry Level: Silver Member (previously Normal Member)

  1. 入门等级：银卡会员（原普通会员 / Normal / Classic Member）

• 2. Higher Level: Gold Member (previously Elite Member)

  2. 高阶等级：金卡会员（原精英会员 / Elite Member）

• All new personal members start as Silver Members. Existing membership levels will be mapped automatically to the new names.

  所有新注册个人会员从银卡会员开始。现有会员等级将自动对应至新的名称，无需额外操作。

3. Upgrade & Downgrade 升级与降级

• Silver Members are upgraded to Gold immediately once cumulative spending reaches RM3,000 or more.

  银卡会员累计消费达到 RM3,000 或以上时，将即刻升级为金卡会员。

• The transaction that triggers the upgrade still earns points at the Silver rate. The Gold earning rate starts from the next transaction.

  触发升级的该笔交易仍按银卡积分规则计算；从下一笔交易开始按金卡积分规则累积。

• Gold status is reviewed based on total spending during the previous 12 months at the membership confirmation date.

  金卡会员将在会员资格确认日，根据过去12个月的总消费进行保级审核。

• RM3,000 or above: Gold status is maintained. Below RM3,000: membership is downgraded to Silver.

  达到 RM3,000 或以上：维持金卡；未达到 RM3,000：降级为银卡。

• Previously accumulated CCK Points are not affected by a change in membership level.

  会员等级变动不会影响已累积的 CCK 积分。

4. Earning CCK Points CCK 积分累积

• Silver Member: earn 1 CCK Point for every RM3 spent.

  银卡会员：每消费 RM3，可获得1个 CCK 积分。

• Gold Member: earn 1 CCK Point for every RM1 spent.

  金卡会员：每消费 RM1，可获得1个 CCK 积分。

• Points are calculated based on the final amount actually paid after discounts.

  积分以折扣后实际支付的最终金额计算。

• Amounts paid using vouchers, coupons or CCK Points do not earn additional points.

  使用现金券、优惠券或 CCK 积分抵扣的部分，不再累积积分。

• Delivery fees, cutting fees and other service charges do not earn points.

  运费、切割费及其他服务费用不参与积分计算。

• Points are calculated in whole numbers only. Decimal values are not accumulated or carried forward.

  积分按整数计算，小数位不累积，也不会结转至下一笔交易。

• Eligible points will be credited within the second working day after the transaction.

  符合条件的积分将在交易完成后的第二个工作日内自动存入账户。

5. Using CCK Points 使用 CCK 积分

• CCK Points may be used directly as an instant rebate at checkout. No advance voucher conversion is required.

  CCK 积分可在结账时直接抵扣消费金额，无需预先兑换优惠券。

• Redemption is made in multiples of 10 points. Every 10 points = RM0.05 rebate; every 1,000 points = RM5 rebate.

  积分抵扣以10个积分的倍数进行。每10个积分可抵扣 RM0.05；每1,000个积分可抵扣 RM5。

• For account security, the cashier will ask you to present the live membership code in the App before points are redeemed.

  为保障账户安全，使用积分前，收银员会要求您出示 APP 内的实时会员码进行确认。

• The system will use the points that expire soonest first.

  系统会优先使用最接近到期的积分。

6. Point Validity & Migration 积分有效期与迁移

• Old points earned before system migration will not be lost and will be transferred to the new system after you download and log in to the new App.

  系统切换前获得的旧积分不会丢失；完成新版 APP 下载并登录后，旧积分将转移至新系统。

• All migrated old CCK Points are valid until 31 December 2028.

  所有迁移的旧 CCK 积分统一有效至2028年12月31日。

• New points earned after migration are valid for 365 days from the date earned.

  系统切换后新获得的积分，自获得之日起有效365天。

• Points earned on different dates have separate expiry dates.

  不同日期获得的积分，各自拥有独立的到期日。

• CCK Fresh Mart will provide reminders 30 days before point expiry through App notifications and WhatsApp messages.

  CCK Fresh Mart 将在积分到期前30天，通过 APP 推送及 WhatsApp 消息提醒。

7. Gold Member Birthday Benefit 金卡会员生日礼遇

• Gold Members receive an RM10 electronic cash voucher during their birthday month.

  金卡会员在生日月份可获得 RM10 电子现金券。

• The voucher is valid for 30 days with no minimum spending requirement.

  礼券有效期为30天，并且没有最低消费门槛。

• The voucher is automatically credited on the first day of the birthday month.

  礼券将在生日月份的第一天自动存入 APP 账户。

• Members who register during their birthday month will receive the voucher on the first day of the following month; the 30-day validity starts from the reissue date.

  生日月份新注册的会员，将于下月1日补发礼券；30天有效期从补发日起计算。

8. Returns & General Conditions 退货及一般条款

• The new membership system will be activated outlet by outlet. Please follow the migration date announced by the outlet.

  新会员系统将按门店逐步启用，请以各门店公布的切换日期为准。

• If membership terms are adjusted for business reasons, CCK Fresh Mart will provide 30 days' advance notice through App, WhatsApp and outlet posters.

  如因业务需要调整会员条款，CCK Fresh Mart 将提前30天通过 APP、WhatsApp 及门店海报公告。

• If a return is caused by CCK Fresh Mart, points used for rebate in the original transaction will be returned to the member account.

  如因 CCK Fresh Mart 原因退货，原交易中用于抵扣的积分将退回会员账户。

• If a return is due to the member's personal reason, points used for rebate in the original transaction will not be refunded.

  如因会员个人原因退货，原交易中用于抵扣的积分将不予退还。

• In all return cases, points earned from the returned transaction will be deducted.

  无论任何退货情形，该笔交易所产生的积分都会自动扣除。

B. CCK BUSINESS ALLIANCE — BUSINESS MEMBERS

CCK Business Alliance is for wholesale buyers, food-service operators, retailers, companies and other customers purchasing for business purposes.

CCK 商企汇适用于批发采购、餐饮业者、零售商、企业及其他商业采购客户。

1. Registration & Membership Types 注册与会员类型

• Apply through the CCK Fresh Mart App: Account > Apply for Business Membership, then enter company name, contact information and business type.

  通过 CCK Fresh Mart APP 申请：账户 > 申请商业会员，并填写公司名称、联系人资料及业务类型。

• Alternatively, visit a CCK Fresh Mart outlet and ask the outlet person in charge to assist with registration.

  也可前往 CCK Fresh Mart 门店，由门店负责人协助注册。

• All customers requesting wholesale pricing must first register as a Business Member.

  所有申请批发定价的客户，必须先注册成为商企会员。

• Only customers requiring "take goods first, pay later" arrangements will be assessed for Cash Debtor or Credit Customer status.

  只有需要“先拿货、后付款”的客户，才会被评估并审批为 A 级信用客户或 B 级信用客户。

• To change business membership type, all outstanding balances must be settled before a new application is submitted.

  如需转换商业会员类型，必须先结清现有账户全部欠款，再重新申请。

Business Membership Types / 商业会员类型

• 1. Business Member — Immediate payment; no credit term; no approval required.

  1. 商企会员 —— 即时结清；无账期；无需审批。

• 2. Cash Debtor (A-Level Credit Customer) — Credit term up to 7 days; approval by Outlet Manager.

  2. A级信用客户（Cash Debtor）—— 最长 7 天账期；由门店经理审批。

• 3. Credit Customer (B-Level Credit Customer) — Credit term up to 30 days; approval by Area Manager / HQ.

  3. B级信用客户（Credit Customer）—— 最长 30 天账期；由区域经理 / 总部审批。

• Wholesale Price: special pricing for bulk purchases.

  批发定价：针对批量采购提供的固定优惠价格。

• Boom Sales Price: additional discounts on selected seasonal or promotional products.

  促销价：指定季节性或促销商品的额外折扣。

• Quotation Price: customised written quotations for bulk or project purchases.

  报价单价格：针对大宗订单或项目采购提供定制化书面报价。

• Auto E-Invoice: eligible transactions automatically generate an LHDN-compliant e-Invoice.

  自动电子发票：符合条件的交易自动生成符合 LHDN 要求的电子发票。

• Dedicated WhatsApp Ordering Channel: for placing orders, checking stock and receiving order updates.

  专属 WhatsApp 订购通道：用于下单、查询库存及获取订单状态。

• Free Delivery: subject to minimum order value, service area, delivery frequency and other conditions stated in the applicable agreement.

  免费配送：须符合最低订单金额、适用区域、配送频次及相关合约所列条件。

• Credit Limit: assessed based on business size, purchase history and credit record. CCK Fresh Mart may request a deposit or guarantee where necessary.

  信用额度：根据业务规模、采购历史及信用记录综合评估；CCK Fresh Mart 可在必要时要求押金或担保。

3. Business Account Points 商业账户积分

• All three business membership types earn 1 CCK Point for every RM3 spent on eligible immediate-payment transactions.

  三种商业会员类型在符合条件的即时结清交易中，统一按每消费 RM3 获得1个 CCK 积分。

• Immediate payment includes cash, debit card, credit card and e-wallet.

  即时结清包括现金、借记卡、信用卡及电子钱包支付。

• Transactions using a credit term or credit facility do not earn points.

  使用账期或信用额度进行的赊账交易不产生积分。

• Points are based on the actual amount paid after discounts. Service charges are excluded.

  积分按折扣后的实际支付金额计算，服务费用不参与积分计算。

• Eligible points are credited within the second working day after the transaction.

  符合条件的积分将在交易完成后的第二个工作日内存入账户。

4. Using Points & Member Day 使用积分及会员日

• Eligible business-account CCK Points may be used directly as a cash rebate.

  符合条件的商业账户 CCK 积分可直接抵扣消费金额。

• Every 10 points = RM0.05 rebate; every 1,000 points = RM5 rebate.

  每10个积分可抵扣 RM0.05；每1,000个积分可抵扣 RM5。

• Business Members, Cash Debtors and Credit Customers do not directly participate in CCK Family Club retail promotions such as Member Day.

  商企会员、A 级信用客户及 B 级信用客户不直接参与“家园会”的会员日等零售会员专属活动。

• To participate in Member Day, customers may use their personal Silver or Gold membership account, if available.

  如希望参与会员日，可使用个人银卡或金卡会员账户（如有）进行消费。

• Wholesale Price, Boom Sales Price and Quotation Price may continue alongside eligible normal point accumulation.

  批发定价、促销价及报价单价格可与符合条件的日常积分累积并行。

5. Business Point Validity, Returns & General Terms 商业积分有效期、退货及一般条款

• Old points earned before migration will be converted 1:1 and will be valid until 31 December 2028.

  系统切换前获得的旧积分将按1:1转换，并统一有效至2028年12月31日。

• New points earned after migration are valid for 365 days from the date earned.

  系统切换后新获得的积分，自获得之日起有效365天。

• CCK Fresh Mart will provide reminders 30 days before point expiry through App and WhatsApp.

  CCK Fresh Mart 将在积分到期前30天，通过 APP 及 WhatsApp 提醒。

• If a return is caused by CCK Fresh Mart, points used for rebate will be returned. If the return is due to the member's own reason, points used will not be refunded.

  如因 CCK Fresh Mart 原因退货，用于抵扣的积分将退回；如因会员自身原因退货，用于抵扣的积分不予退还。

• In all return cases, points earned from the returned transaction will be deducted. The original invoice will be cancelled and a new invoice issued where required.

  无论任何退货情形，该笔交易所产生的积分都会扣除；原发票将作废，并在需要时重新开具发票。

• These terms take effect from the launch date of the new membership system.

  本条款自新会员系统上线之日起生效。
